This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a binding legal agreement between you and ableIT. By purchasing, installing, or using products provided on the https://ableit.dk website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

ableIT GPL Licensing

All Joomla Modules and Plugins developed by ableIT are released under the GNU General Public License, version 3. Specifically, the PHP code in ableIT’s products is distributed under the GPL license. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all images, documentation, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and bundled JavaScript files are not covered by the GPL license and are instead distributed under the ableIT Proprietary Use License (see below). Any proprietary components may not be redistributed or repackaged outside of the terms permitted by our Terms of Service.

ableIT Proprietary Use License

The ableIT Proprietary Use License applies to all non-GPL components of our products, including but not limited to images, stylesheets, documentation, and JavaScript files. These materials are the copyrighted property of ableIT and may not be redistributed in any form without prior written consent.

Terms of Use

You are permitted to use ableIT products across multiple domains without restriction. We do not limit your ability to modify the source code in our products.

Modifications to ableIT Extensions

You may modify the PHP code in ableIT’s extensions as needed. However, please note that if your modifications result in functional issues, support may not be provided. Furthermore, under the ableIT Proprietary Use License, you are not allowed to redistribute any proprietary files—modified or unmodified—under the GPL license. Both this license and GPL v3 prohibit the removal of copyright notices from any file.
